About the role

  • Serve as primary field-based lead for education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers (HCPs)
  • Educate HCPs on product coverage and reimbursement processes
  • Collaborate with field support team members and serve as reimbursement expert
  • Address critical access and affordability issues for patients
  • Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers in Immunology accounts
  • Manage territory logistics and account business planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare or business/public administration)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider office setting
  • Demonstrated expertise with pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefits
  • Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience
  • Ability to establish relationships and influence across a matrix organization
  • Problem-solving ability for access scenarios
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliance
  • Ability to maintain up to 50% travel
  • Permanent residence in the listed territory
