About the role

  • The empathetic and committed representation of the Johnson & Johnson Surgery brand is your core responsibility.
  • Sales and clinical application consulting for hemostatic agents.
  • Clinical customer support and comprehensive sales and product advice.
  • Development of optimal product portfolios at the customer level.
  • Planning, coordinating and delivering product trainings as well as tailored continuing education programs for physicians and hospital staff.
  • Support and execution of product launch activities.

Requirements

  • Empathy and commitment
  • Registered nurse, nursing staff member or operating room (OR) nurse; ideally with experience in general surgery or spinal surgery, or a completed degree in business administration, health management or natural sciences
  • Certified pharmaceutical representative or comparable qualification according to § 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG) is an advantage
  • Sales experience, ideally in a clinical environment, or prior OR training or experience in medical technology is an advantage
  • Confident user of IT tools, especially MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, reliable, responsible and a team player
  • Independent, structured way of working and strong organizational skills
  • High level of self-organization
  • High motivation and self-drive
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written; basic English is an advantage
