About the role
- Your primary responsibilities include acquiring new customers and providing strategic support to key accounts.
- You hold strategic responsibility for your territory and coordinate closely with the regional sales manager and the clinical team.
- You motivate colleagues as well as yourself; a “no” drives you to excel and you use persuasion to turn it into a “yes”.
- Revenue responsibility for your assigned territory in accordance with the business plan.
- Focus on acquiring new customers and providing conceptual/strategic support to existing key accounts.
- Territory analysis and strategic planning to expand the business and gain market share.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing and the regional leadership team.
- Reporting and capturing market data, e.g., procedure volumes or competitor trends.
- Participation in national and international trade shows and congresses, as well as local symposia.
- Completion of administrative tasks and regular reporting.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration. Ideally, you have initial experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong affinity for conceptual work and good analytical skills.
- Excellent networking skills and a strong can-do mentality.
- Excellent team and communication skills, enjoyment of relationship management, and a high level of customer orientation.
- Demonstrable organizational skills, self-management and the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Flexibility, motivation and a willingness to develop professionally.
- Proven ability to bring projects to a successful close and to overcome challenges with determination.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role with a high travel ratio (at least 80%) and fluency in German with good written and spoken English complete your profile.
