About the role
- Prospecting and acquisition of new customers and conceptual management of key accounts
- Strategic responsibility for the assigned territory
- Close coordination with the regional Sales Manager and the clinical team
- Revenue responsibility for the territory in line with the business plan
- Territory analysis and strategic territory planning
- Strong stakeholder management
- Close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing and the regional leadership team
- Reporting and collection of market data (e.g., procedure numbers or competitor trends)
- Participation in national and international trade shows and congresses as well as local symposia
- Completion of administrative tasks and regular reporting
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Ideally, initial experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong affinity for conceptual work and good analytical skills
- Excellent networking skills and a strong can-do attitude
- Strong team and communication skills, enjoyment of relationship management and a high level of customer orientation
- Organizational skills, self-management and the ability to solve problems creatively
- Willingness to work in the field with a high travel rate (at least 80%)
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English
