About the role

  • Prospecting and acquisition of new customers and conceptual management of key accounts
  • Strategic responsibility for the assigned territory
  • Close coordination with the regional Sales Manager and the clinical team
  • Revenue responsibility for the territory in line with the business plan
  • Territory analysis and strategic territory planning
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing and the regional leadership team
  • Reporting and collection of market data (e.g., procedure numbers or competitor trends)
  • Participation in national and international trade shows and congresses as well as local symposia
  • Completion of administrative tasks and regular reporting

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Ideally, initial experience in the healthcare industry
  • Strong affinity for conceptual work and good analytical skills
  • Excellent networking skills and a strong can-do attitude
  • Strong team and communication skills, enjoyment of relationship management and a high level of customer orientation
  • Organizational skills, self-management and the ability to solve problems creatively
  • Willingness to work in the field with a high travel rate (at least 80%)
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
