About the role

  • Lead/support the global integration of bioethically grounded OCMO Policies across Johnson & Johnson.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
  • Drive strategy and implementation for key OCMO Policies (e.g., Pre-Approval Access, Post‑Trial Access).
  • Provide expert counsel to business partners on policy interpretation and application; solution oriented problem solving of complex and sensitive matters.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional stakeholder engagement, including Regulatory, Legal, and other internal partners.
  • Collaborate closely with teams including but not limited to Innovative Medicines, Medical Devices, Post-Approval Delivery Unit (PADU), Global Medical Safety, Regulatory Legal, Global Medical Affairs, and Clinical R&D.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned and cohesive Policy interpretation and educational approaches.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 9 years Pharma or Device related experience with proven performance is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in Organizational Policy related work is strongly preferred (e.g., authoring, educating, implementation)
  • Clinical operations and/or clinical trials experience and/or management of large-scale complex programs.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of principles of drug development and Pharmaceutical Codes of Conduct.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation proficiency with peers and leadership.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of software products including Excel and Word, PowerPoint.
