About the role
- Provide day-to-day support for all aspects of corporate cell phones, on/off-boarding, Vendor Credentialing and SAFE Fleet processes for J&J MedTech Surgery to field sales associates, other departments as required, and internal and external business partners.
- Support the overall planning, communication, revisions, and execution of policies and procedures for the field sales organization.
- Train and educate new hires on the corporate cell phone plans, Vendor Credentialing, and SAFE FLEET.
- Provide support for SAFE FLEET requests to field sales associates, other departments as required, J&J Corporate SAFE FLEET Management and external business partners.
- Manage accident investigation reporting system and assist in analysis of reports to help determine protective and preventative measures.
- Track and monitor SAFE Fleet Ambassador and SAFE Fleet Awards Programs.
- Initiate, develop, and analyze data/reports to provide insights for decision making and management updates.
- Support continuous improvements in current processes and create new capabilities to meet future needs.
- Provide support to Lead Analyst with activities as the need arises.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional experience OR an Associate’s degree and four (4) years of professional experience OR equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels required.
- Creative problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management, cross-functional teams and external business partners is required.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- This role may require up to 10% of domestic travel.
