About the role
- Results-oriented sales and implementation of strategies for our focus products, including robotics, to strengthen and expand market position
- Identification of potential customers and related active call and account management
- Use of product and customer knowledge to build and maintain collaborative partnerships
- Recognize challenges and identify customer needs to develop optimal solutions together with the customer and internal stakeholders
- Monitor the market environment and recommend appropriate actions
- Routine support of users and OR staff during surgeries and workshops
- Active management of consignment inventory, including valuation and consideration of inventory efficiency
- Close teamwork, using individual skills to contribute to team success and to strengthen our learning culture
- Participation in national trade shows and congresses as well as local symposia
- Support for Prof. Ed (professional education) events
Requirements
- Medical or pharmaceutical background with OR experience, preferably in orthopaedics, or a completed degree
- Medical device consultant experience in orthopaedics and/or trauma surgery
- Ideally an existing customer network within the assigned territory
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Good IT and MS Office skills and sound business acumen
- Innovative, creative and proactive mindset
- Analytical know-how and strategic commercial sense
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Empathy and team spirit
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally
- Good technical skills and technical understanding
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory (with regular overnight stays in the region) and to support the team regionally and across regions
