About the role

  • Results-oriented sales and implementation of strategies for our focus products, including robotics, to strengthen and expand market position
  • Identification of potential customers and related active call and account management
  • Use of product and customer knowledge to build and maintain collaborative partnerships
  • Recognize challenges and identify customer needs to develop optimal solutions together with the customer and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor the market environment and recommend appropriate actions
  • Routine support of users and OR staff during surgeries and workshops
  • Active management of consignment inventory, including valuation and consideration of inventory efficiency
  • Close teamwork, using individual skills to contribute to team success and to strengthen our learning culture
  • Participation in national trade shows and congresses as well as local symposia
  • Support for Prof. Ed (professional education) events

Requirements

  • Medical or pharmaceutical background with OR experience, preferably in orthopaedics, or a completed degree
  • Medical device consultant experience in orthopaedics and/or trauma surgery
  • Ideally an existing customer network within the assigned territory
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Good IT and MS Office skills and sound business acumen
  • Innovative, creative and proactive mindset
  • Analytical know-how and strategic commercial sense
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Empathy and team spirit
  • Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally
  • Good technical skills and technical understanding
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory (with regular overnight stays in the region) and to support the team regionally and across regions
