About the role

  • Define, design, harmonize, and govern the global SCC template within Transcend.
  • Ensure global standardization of supplier collaboration processes across the IM Supply Chain.
  • Lead design, build, test, and deployment of end-to-end SCC capabilities in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Bridge business process owners, solution integrators, Transcend product teams, and regional/site teams to enable a scalable collaboration ecosystem.
  • Establish SCC master and transactional data quality standards.
  • Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels by building strong, trusted relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
  • A minimum of 3 years of Plan or Source business experience
  • A minimum 1 years of business process design, engineering, or optimization.
  • Expertise in the Plan/Source functional space
  • Strong understanding of SAP systems.
  • Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, domestics and international
