About the role
- Lead a group of Biosurgery Specialists to achieve sales targets
- Develop long-term customer relationships and loyalty
- Conduct SWOT analysis and develop sales strategies
- Manage territory and maintain/gain market share
- Develop key opinion leaders in the region
- Proactively identify professional education needs
Requirements
- Science graduate
- A management degree will be an added advantage
- Must have 10+ years' experience in sales/marketing
- Preferably in Medical Devices Sales
- 2+ years of experience as people manager with proven track record preferred
- Proficient in local languages and English
