About the role
- Sales strategy, planning & implementation
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities in the region to identify, qualify, and prioritize sales opportunities
- Develop and implement the regional sales plan, including account planning and contract negotiations with key customers
- Lead or support key account projects
- Analyze sales performance and ensure timely, high-quality CRM reporting
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience in the MedTech or healthcare sector
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Leadership experience and skills in team development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and experience working with CRM systems
- Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience selling robotics, capital equipment, and hospital services is desirable
