About the role

  • Sales strategy, planning & implementation
  • Monitor and analyze market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities in the region to identify, qualify, and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement the regional sales plan, including account planning and contract negotiations with key customers
  • Lead or support key account projects
  • Analyze sales performance and ensure timely, high-quality CRM reporting

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience in the MedTech or healthcare sector
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Leadership experience and skills in team development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset and experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience selling robotics, capital equipment, and hospital services is desirable
