About the role
- Sales strategy, planning & execution
- Monitoring and analysis of market dynamics, regulatory requirements and competitor activities
- Development and implementation of the regional sales plan
- Leading or supporting key account projects
- Analysis of sales performance
- Preparation of accurate sales forecasts
- Management of the regional budget
- Leading, motivating and coaching the sales team
- Identifying talent and development needs
- Active participation in the SLT agenda
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional key stakeholders
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience in the MedTech or healthcare sector
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Leadership experience and competence in team development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and experience with CRM systems
- Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience selling robotics, capital equipment and hospital services is desirable
