About the role
- Sales strategy, planning & implementation
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, regulatory requirements and competitive activities in the region to identify, qualify and prioritize sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement the regional sales plan, including account planning and contract negotiations with key customers.
- Analyze sales performance, ensuring timely and high-quality CRM reporting.
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience in the MedTech or healthcare sector.
- Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Leadership experience and competence in team development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking and experience with CRM systems.
- High customer orientation and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
