About the role

  • Sales strategy, planning & implementation
  • Monitor and analyze market dynamics, regulatory requirements and competitor activity in the region to identify, qualify and prioritize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement the regional sales plan, including account planning and contract negotiations with key customers, in alignment with the national strategy and revenue targets.
  • Lead or support key account projects.
  • Promote the adoption of innovative surgical solutions.
  • Analyze sales performance, ensure timely and high-quality CRM reporting, and derive appropriate actions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts (opportunity funnel, risks & opportunities).
  • Manage the regional budget as well as pricing and discounting in accordance with company policies.
  • Team leadership & organizational development
  • Lead, motivate and coach the team to maximize field productivity and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify talent and development needs, foster growth opportunities and support a learning organization.
  • Ensure the sales team is trained and competent in product knowledge, clinical value propositions and competitive differentiation.
  • Promote an open, inclusive and values-driven corporate culture and implement the MedTech Operating Principles.
  • Actively contribute to the SLT agenda, change management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations.
  • Customer engagement & insights
  • Key account management – build and maintain strong relationships with regional key stakeholders (surgeons, hospital administration, procurement).

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience in the MedTech or healthcare sector
  • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Leadership experience and competence in team development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset and experience working with CRM systems
  • High customer orientation and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
