About the role
- Acquire new customers and provide conceptual support for key accounts
- Take strategic responsibility for your territory
- Motivate colleagues and influence stakeholders
- Confident and expert communication across all hospital hierarchy levels
- Revenue responsibility for the assigned territory in line with the business plan
- Focus on acquiring new customers and managing existing key accounts
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain collaborative customer relationships and conduct training sessions
- Report on and collect market data, and handle internal and external studies in the Neurovascular area
- Participate in national/international trade fairs and congresses as well as local symposia
- Complete administrative tasks and reporting
Requirements
- Technical degree, a degree in biomedical engineering, business administration or a related field, or successful completion of vocational training in the medical field (e.g., with OR experience)
- Initial experience in the healthcare sector, field sales, clinical sales or similar areas
- Proven sales successes are desirable
- Financial and commercial understanding
- Excellent networking skills and a strong can-do mentality
- Strong team player with a high level of commitment
- Excellent presentation skills and fluent German and very good English (written and spoken)
- Ability to build close relationships with customers at all levels
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a communicative and dependable personality
- Agile and creative mindset
- Skills or initial experience in project management
- Willingness to travel (up to 80%) across large sales territories
- Valid driving license
