About the role
- Define and execute the regional marketing strategy for the Electrophysiology portfolio.
- Act as a senior commercial leader, partnering closely with Sales, Medical, Access, and Finance.
- Lead long-range planning, annual operating plans, and go-to-market strategies across all countries in scope.
- Own end-to-end portfolio management for the EP franchise, including product launches and lifecycle optimization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multicultural marketing team across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing and/or commercial roles within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare; Electrophysiology experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in senior commercial or strategic marketing roles with P&L or portfolio responsibility.
- Proven people leadership experience, including team development and performance management.
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures, preferably in Latin America.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
