About the role
- Improve patient outcomes through professional training and advisory support for medical staff.
- Provide support to all hospitals in the region where patients are treated with Impella® products.
- Report clinically relevant data, document outcomes and work closely with team members and sales colleagues.
- Conduct trainings to increase clinical utilization and performance for our customers.
- Manage training programs for new and existing customers.
- Assist with coordinating on-site clinical demonstrations.
Requirements
- Successfully completed clinical or clinical-technical training, ideally as a registered nurse or as a cardiovascular technologist / clinical perfusionist.
- Several years of professional experience in direct patient care in the intensive care unit (ICU) or ward, in the operating room (OR) or in the cardiac catheterization lab (cath lab).
- Confident presence and the ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- High flexibility with up to 80% travel within the assigned regions and willingness to respond to emergency situations.
