About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support the organization's objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and provide strategic roadmap that provides prioritization to support implementing strategies supported by innovative techniques and tools to enhance the talent acquisition process.
  • Provide a TA capability model with the ability to provide training, resources, and support to recruiting teams to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness in attracting top talent.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to inform strategic initiatives and improve overall talent acquisition experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Senior TA leadership and cross functional teams to understand hiring needs and develop targeted strategies.
  • In partnership with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition-Global Experience, design and implement strategies and initiatives aimed at improving the candidate, recruiter and hiring manager journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition or related HR recruiting experience, with at least 7 years in global TA leadership roles (e.g., Global TA Delivery leader, TA program/portfolio lead, or TA segmentation head)
  • Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role, with a track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies including enablers (process, technical and organizational design)
  • Proven background in Talent Acquisition delivery ensuring adaptation of Core TA strategies to local markets, function and levels.
  • Understanding of training requirements to ensure development of current and future capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and futuristically, with a deep understanding of evolving talent acquisition trends, including the use of AI, automation, social media, and digital branding to attract top talent.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and enablement.
  • Experience working in a global environment, understanding cultural differences, and developing talent acquisition strategies that are inclusive and adaptable across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging recruitment metrics, insights dashboards, and analytics to inform strategy, optimize processes, and measure success.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and talent pipelining.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change, embedding innovative practices, and cultivating a growth mindset.
