About the role

  • Lead overall management of sales strategies and budgets for DePuy Synthes portfolio
  • Implement and carry out selling strategies and strategic sales plans
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse group of individuals within their region
  • Provide ongoing performance management, mentorship, and career development of sales team
  • Drive business results by working closely with consultants to set and achieve territory objectives
  • Establish relationships with key surgeons, key accounts, and associations by identifying potential opportunities

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in an applicable field such as Business, Marketing, Finance
  • At least 8 years of relevant business and/or leadership experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, coaching, or mentoring others
  • Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program is preferred
  • Excellent listening, written & oral communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong Customer Understanding
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop field sales talent
  • Valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • Ability to travel related to this role is required (Significant Travel 30% - 50%)
