About the role

  • Develop doctors, optometrists, counselors and paramedical staff of eye hospitals through structured educational training programs.
  • Ensure HCPs are well equipped with knowledge of procedure and products.
  • Contribute to technology reach & adoption goals through training initiatives.
  • Ensure internal & external customer delight and help grow assigned category.
  • Educate & make JJSV brands the preferred choice through training.
  • Build and track opportunities for internal team members.
  • Build in house training plans as per customer requirement and implement it.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers for improving category outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of working experience as a trainer/counselor/Optometrist/Sales domain with thorough understanding of managed care.
  • An Optometrist with an experience of delivering trainings is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and knowledge of local language-Bengali is desirable.
  • Should be comfortable carrying out training programs in Hybrid model – virtual & in-person.
