About the role
- Your primary responsibilities include acquiring new customers and providing strategic account management for focus accounts.
- You hold strategic responsibility for your territory and collaborate closely with the regional sales manager and the clinical team.
- Revenue responsibility for your territory in line with the business plan.
- The role focuses on winning new customers and strategically managing existing focus accounts.
- Conduct territory analysis and strategic planning to expand and capture market share.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing and the regional leadership team.
- Reporting and collection of market data, e.g., procedure volumes or competitor trends.
- Participation in national and international trade shows and congresses as well as local symposia.
- Completion of administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or equivalent.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong affinity for conceptual work and good analytical skills.
- Excellent networking skills and a strong can-do attitude.
- Strong team and communication skills, enjoyment of relationship management, and a high degree of customer orientation.
- You also demonstrate organizational talent, self-management, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in the field with a high travel ratio (at least 80%).
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English complete your profile.
