About the role

  • Your primary responsibilities include acquiring new customers and providing strategic account management for focus accounts.
  • You hold strategic responsibility for your territory and collaborate closely with the regional sales manager and the clinical team.
  • Revenue responsibility for your territory in line with the business plan.
  • The role focuses on winning new customers and strategically managing existing focus accounts.
  • Conduct territory analysis and strategic planning to expand and capture market share.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing and the regional leadership team.
  • Reporting and collection of market data, e.g., procedure volumes or competitor trends.
  • Participation in national and international trade shows and congresses as well as local symposia.
  • Completion of administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or equivalent.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong affinity for conceptual work and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent networking skills and a strong can-do attitude.
  • Strong team and communication skills, enjoyment of relationship management, and a high degree of customer orientation.
  • You also demonstrate organizational talent, self-management, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in the field with a high travel ratio (at least 80%).
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English complete your profile.
