About the role
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the commercial success of CARVYKTI within the assigned region.
- Drive sales performance and develop regional business plans.
- Lead high-performing teams and ensure product launch success.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive product adoption.
- Analyze market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product initiatives and educational programs.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage regional budget effectively to maximize business impact.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development)
- Prior people management experience
- Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams
- The ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight / weekend travel
- Candidates must reside within the stated region.
