About the role
- Advise and support medical staff in operating the CARTO 3 navigation system during electrophysiology procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab
- Serve as the primary contact for clinical staff regarding the product portfolio (consumables + capital equipment) in minimally invasive electrophysiology (EP)
- Optimize procedures and increase system utilization through project- and evidence-based approaches
- Actively drive the holistic development of EP labs and support sustainability initiatives
- Identify opportunities and take responsibility for the company’s revenue growth
- Analyze customer needs and goals to sustainably build and expand customer relationships
- Act as a link between customers and our technical team as well as other internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Professional experience in sales, consulting, project-based work, or extensive OR (operating room) experience required
- Degree in natural sciences, engineering, biomedical engineering, business administration or a related field, or vocational training in a medical environment
- Ability to find creative solutions
- Flexibility, motivation and a willingness to develop further
- Strong technical affinity or interest in understanding complex technical systems
- Interest in engaging with scientific publications and studies
- Willingness to work in a field-based role with a high travel requirement (at least 80%, predominantly within the assigned region)
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
