About the role
- Lead the regional portfolio strategy, including LRFP Briefing Books, forecasting support, and Brand Plans under a unified “ONE VOICE” approach.
- Coordinate and lead cross‑functional regional teams and actively represent LATAM in global forums.
- Manage monthly updates of the Global Launch Dashboard and Regional Dashboard, monitoring KPIs and facilitating bi‑monthly performance discussions with CVTs.
- Develop and update strategic content, including message platforms, value excellence materials, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Ensure effective planning, budgeting, and execution of regional deliverables, maintaining high quality and alignment with strategic timelines.
- Analyze market insights and industry trends to inform regional strategies and drive strong decision‑making.
- Lead omnichannel and lifecycle management initiatives to maximize brand impact and portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required). Preferred: Marketing or Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in omnichannel marketing, digital strategy, and local execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (preferred).
- Knowledge of Immunology and/or Hematology therapeutic areas (preferred).
- Experience in strategic consulting (a plus).
