About the role

  • Accountable for the successful development of EP Clinical Account Specialists (CAS).
  • Directly supervises new CAS hires providing guidance for progress and operational readiness.
  • Partners closely with the Regional Business Director for talent development including recruiting, onboarding, and training.
  • Oversees training effectiveness and optimizes clinical coverage.
  • Implements hiring and development plans for improved regional CAS performance.
  • Collaborates with Regional Technology Specialist and Territory Managers for seamless integration of training and commercial execution.
  • Works closely with Commercial Education and EP CAS Field Trainer for driving talent development and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
  • Proven ability to manage and develop clinical talent within a high-performance team environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in EP mapping procedures required with clinical and commercial talent.
  • 2+ years clinical training or clinical education experience.
  • Experience with CARTODAY scheduling and EP clinical training programs is highly desired.
