About the role
- Accountable for the successful development of EP Clinical Account Specialists (CAS).
- Directly supervises new CAS hires providing guidance for progress and operational readiness.
- Partners closely with the Regional Business Director for talent development including recruiting, onboarding, and training.
- Oversees training effectiveness and optimizes clinical coverage.
- Implements hiring and development plans for improved regional CAS performance.
- Collaborates with Regional Technology Specialist and Territory Managers for seamless integration of training and commercial execution.
- Works closely with Commercial Education and EP CAS Field Trainer for driving talent development and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- Proven ability to manage and develop clinical talent within a high-performance team environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in EP mapping procedures required with clinical and commercial talent.
- 2+ years clinical training or clinical education experience.
- Experience with CARTODAY scheduling and EP clinical training programs is highly desired.
