About the role
- Co‑own launch analytics workstreams with New Business Development to design HCP/account targeting and demand opportunity from pre‑approval through launch.
- Translate brand needs to dynamic targeting models (e.g., propensity, look‑alike, and micro‑segmentation) that refresh with the latest signals (promo, access, claims/RWD, digital) to drive omni-channel activities across customers.
- Translate clinical and access milestones into analytics triggers (e.g., access wins, label expansions, etc).
- Own long range operating expense (OPEX) forecasting across brands to help with long range planning and resource allocations.
- Lead the ongoing 'use case centric' evaluation of data sets and methodologies to improve predictive capabilities.
- Determine the impact of solutions & programs through leading and lagging indicators including establishing a measurement framework, and conducting A/B testing.
- Advocate for change and foster progress in new ways of thinking regarding the role of advanced analytics and AI.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting or related field is required.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, master’s highly preferred.
- Experience with handling budget responsibility of over $2M annually.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills and demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Ability to influence all levels of the global organization and engage across a broad range of business partners and functions.
- Prior experience integrating and analyzing healthcare claims, electronic health records, lab results, specialty pharmacy, and patient hub data for advanced analytics solutions.
- Track record of hands-on implementation of AI initiatives within pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in predictive analytics and machine learning techniques (e.g. supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) and their real-world applications.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion to learn new things and adaptability to shifting timelines and priorities.
