• Prepare and manage FDOT Driveway Connection Permit applications, including technical documentation and coordination with FDOT reviewers.
• Develop Traffic Impact Statements (TIS) for cities and counties throughout Florida.
• Conduct operational analyses and traffic modeling using Synchro/SimTraffic, including scenario development and LOS evaluation.
• Perform traffic signal design, including plans, timing sheets, and coordination plans in alignment with FDOT and local agency standards.
• Prepare technical reports, design documents, and supporting calculations.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and permitting agencies.
• Support multidisciplinary teams on transportation engineering projects.

• Develop an annual revenue goal and implement plan to achieve this target.
• Maintain a persistent internal Business Development communication process.
• Maintain contact with clients and vendors by meeting regularly with key clients to discuss current projects.
• Identify and solicit potential clients/projects, as appropriate, and keep Sector Leaders informed.
• Train teams to practice responsive, client-focused communication.
• Identifies areas needing improvement and recommends corrective action.
• Build, manage and maintain a team of Project Managers and Designers/Planners.
• Maintain project budget and schedule.
• Invoice and collect payment per contract terms.
• Attend educational workshops and participate in professional societies.
