About the role
- Develop an annual revenue goal and implement plan to achieve this target.
- Maintain a persistent internal Business Development communication process.
- Maintain contact with clients and vendors by meeting regularly with key clients to discuss current projects.
- Identify and solicit potential clients/projects, as appropriate, and keep Sector Leaders informed.
- Train teams to practice responsive, client-focused communication.
- Identifies areas needing improvement and recommends corrective action.
- Build, manage and maintain a team of Project Managers and Designers/Planners.
- Maintain project budget and schedule.
- Invoice and collect payment per contract terms.
- Attend educational workshops and participate in professional societies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in related field
- Bachelors Degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Public Administration, Business Administration or equivalent
