Key responsibilities & impact

Develop an annual revenue goal and implement plan to achieve this target.
Maintain a persistent internal Business Development communication process.
Maintain contact with clients and vendors by meeting regularly with key clients to discuss current projects.
Identify and solicit potential clients/projects, as appropriate, and keep Sector Leaders informed.
Train teams to practice responsive, client-focused communication.
Identifies areas needing improvement and recommends corrective action.
Build, manage and maintain a team of Project Managers and Designers/Planners.
Maintain project budget and schedule.
Invoice and collect payment per contract terms.
Attend educational workshops and participate in professional societies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in related field
Bachelors Degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Public Administration, Business Administration or equivalent
