About the role

  • Actively support finance users in daily tasks using Oracle Financial modules: Costing, GL, AP, AR and FA
  • Gather and analyse user requirements and design solution according to Oracle and company standards
  • Prepare Oracle standard documentation, including enhancement design and user guides for each new process or enhancement
  • Prepare and update setup documentation
  • Support the development and improvement of training materials for Oracle Financial modules
  • Conduct trainings for key users
  • Support Oracle team members in resolving issues related to Financial modules
  • Communicate with Oracle team members on the latest changes of the solution
  • Support users during regression testing cycles related to new rollout projects
  • Participate in Oracle rollout projects in Europe as functional expert of Oracle financial Modules

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or accounting, additional IT studies is an advantage
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financial modules (Oracle knowledge is essential)
  • Fluent English and fluent Hungarian
  • Good understanding of IFRS, cash management and consolidation
  • Good Excel skills and knowledge of other business software
  • Experience in a production environment
  • Occasional travel within Europe
