About the role

  • Identify and develop opportunities across Europe, primarily within the semiconductor industry, while also exploring emerging needs in medical devices and commercial/defense optronics related to motion.
  • Engage directly with engineers, managers, and executives at leading technology companies, understanding their product development roadmaps and positioning Nanomotion’s solutions as the enabler of next-generation systems.
  • Shape product strategy by providing market and customer insights, ensuring Nanomotion’s development aligns with current and future requirements.
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing—while building strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.
  • Represent Nanomotion across Europe, with ~65% travel mainly to Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and other key markets.
  • Promote Nanomotion in the market by participating in trade shows, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Technical Background – Engineering degree or equivalent technical foundation, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technologies.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience with proven track record in selling complex, high-precision engineered solutions, with strong familiarity in the semiconductor industry (experience in metrology/inspection is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to grasp complex technologies and translate them into value for customers.
  • Demonstrated customer and business acumen, with confidence to engage from engineering teams up to executive level.
  • A hunter mindset – driven, competitive, and eager.
  • English fluency is essential and German language is a plus.
