Provide sales and technical support to the Field Sales and Service organization, end users and contractors for aftermarket product offerings
Quote and process incoming orders and ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry
Manage order entry, order status, follow up with suppliers, and create new customer profiles
Support Global Airside Field Sales & Service organization and Product Service Department
Provide selling support via Sales Force and email inquiries from field offices, contractors and end users
Work with suppliers, JCI factories and Engineering teams to provide part numbers, pricing and delivery for Airside Aftermarket parts
Utilize system databases to provide parts pricing and freight estimates
Coordinate archive data requests with internal retention center to support Airside agents and JCI Sales and Rep/Agents
Resolve RMA issues that arise with customer orders
Identify continuous improvement opportunities through day-to-day support activities
Promote and enhance aftermarket product offerings for purchase
Work with suppliers and manufacturing plants to increase sales through price discounts, premium shipping, quantity breaks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency with Internet software, Sales Force and E-mail
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and sales skills (preferred)
Must be based in the USA (position is remote for candidates based in the USA)
