About the role
- Manage and govern multiple concurrent security programs across EMEA, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, milestones, quality, and client standards
- Provide technical oversight of system design, commissioning strategies, testing, and acceptance
- Act as the primary technical and programme interface with strategic customers and their technical teams
- Coordinate and influence local JCI and partner delivery teams and commissioning resources
- Utilise Centre of Excellence resources to support standardisation, technical assurance, and issue resolution
- Identify, manage, and mitigate programme risks and dependencies
- Provide clear programme reporting, status updates, and escalations to account leadership
- Support programme close‑out, documentation, and customer acceptance
- Travel across the region to support key sites, customer engagements, and critical milestones
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in the electronic security industry
- Proven experience managing regional or multi‑country programs for enterprise customers
- Strong technical background in installation, commissioning, or engineering
- MBA or equivalent desirable
- Programme governance and stakeholder management
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to influence indirect teams and drive standards
- Multilingual capability desirable (English plus another language)
