About the role
- Lead complex, high-impact projects from inception through completion.
- Provide end-to-end program leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including defining milestones, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress across cross-functional teams.
- Navigate a matrixed organization, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
- Plan strategically, manage risk, and deliver clear status updates and reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering related discipline
- 8 years of professional experience in product design, new product introduction in a manufacturing industry.
- 5+ years of experience in program management.
- Product launch experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Visio experience desired.
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong conflict management and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of PMI's Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®).
