About the role

  • Lead complex, high-impact projects from inception through completion.
  • Provide end-to-end program leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including defining milestones, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress across cross-functional teams.
  • Navigate a matrixed organization, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
  • Plan strategically, manage risk, and deliver clear status updates and reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering related discipline
  • 8 years of professional experience in product design, new product introduction in a manufacturing industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management.
  • Product launch experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.
  • Visio experience desired.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong conflict management and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of PMI's Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®).
