  • Sell Johnson Controls’ security and fire offerings to contractors, consultants, and designers, positioning our solutions as essential to modern building design
  • Identify and pursue high-value engagements, managing multiple opportunities and delivering results that align with customer goals
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, listening actively and offering solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Promote renewable service agreements as a foundation for long-term customer success and satisfaction
  • Apply your technical and business knowledge to match solutions to customer needs, positioning Johnson Controls as their preferred partner
  • Ensure customers receive maximum value from our offerings, from initial engagement through final delivery and training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience selling enterprise-level security and fire solutions
  • Familiarity with fire protection systems such as Edwards EST, Honeywell, or Simplex
  • Strong initiative, integrity, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
