- Sell Johnson Controls’ security and fire offerings to contractors, consultants, and designers, positioning our solutions as essential to modern building design
- Identify and pursue high-value engagements, managing multiple opportunities and delivering results that align with customer goals
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, listening actively and offering solutions that deliver measurable value
- Promote renewable service agreements as a foundation for long-term customer success and satisfaction
- Apply your technical and business knowledge to match solutions to customer needs, positioning Johnson Controls as their preferred partner
- Ensure customers receive maximum value from our offerings, from initial engagement through final delivery and training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience selling enterprise-level security and fire solutions
- Familiarity with fire protection systems such as Edwards EST, Honeywell, or Simplex
- Strong initiative, integrity, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
