About the role
- Drive sales growth across the UK & Ireland
- Expand market share, support YORK distribution partners
- Execute the YORK distribution sales strategy and meet sales targets
- Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, installers, and consultants
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase market reach
- Provide product knowledge, pricing support, and design assistance
- Deliver training and coaching to enhance partner sales capabilities
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Promote the Johnson Controls & YORK value proposition with tailored technical solutions
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to support product competitiveness
- Forecast and report sales performance across relevant product lines
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared growth objectives
Requirements
- Proven sales success and experience driving business growth
- Knowledge of selling Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled Chillers and Heat Pumps (50–1000kW), Rooftops (20–200kW), Terminal Units, and Air Handling Units
- 3–5 years in specifying, designing, or selling applied HVAC solutions
- Strong capability in supporting and training distribution partners
- Ability to work independently, meeting KPIs and managing your own pipeline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM is an advantage
- Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
