About the role

  • Identify and approach candidates via social networks, job boards and databases
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future positions
  • Conduct research and market analyses to identify trends and potential talent networks
  • Work closely with the business-facing Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to clarify specific job requirements
  • Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to represent the company and source talent
  • Support the creation and optimization of job advertisements and job profiles
  • Maintain the applicant database and document the recruitment process
  • Actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of existing recruitment tools

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a university degree
  • Solid experience in in-house Talent Acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a candidate-facing role
  • Unconventional yet professional working style
  • Proactive, creative and results-oriented mindset
  • Team player with high self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Strong knowledge of social media and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing)
  • Native-level German and good English skills
