About the role
- Analyze customer requirements & provide technical consultation
- Prepare accurate quotations, cost calculations and plans for security technology (fire alarm, intrusion detection, video and access control systems)
- Support the sales team during the proposal phase, including preparing quotes and cost calculations
- Manage and maintain sales projects in Salesforce (e.g., case handling)
- Prepare and participate in internal project handovers
- Project planning/engineering of security systems
- Administrative customer support
- Collaborate with sales, suppliers and subcontractors
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Experience in security technology is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and the estimating software ES-Office is desirable
- Responsible, independent and structured working style
- Ability to work under pressure and strong team skills
- Languages: German / English
