💰 $90,000 - $126,000 per year
About the role
- Manage project Profit and Loss (P&L) and customer satisfaction for all projects assigned.
- Work closely with various branch administrations to manage backlog execution, schedule and forecast execution of projects up to two years in advance.
- Actively manage project turnover process between equipment sales and equipment order execution.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to develop and provide engineered equipment submittals in compliance with contract drawing, site coordination, and site installation requirements.
- Perform associated cost estimates, prepare proposals, and work with sales in negotiating final settlement price and customer acceptance resulting from scope of supply changes / change orders.
- Coordinate customer-training requirements with local Johnson Controls service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years operations management experience, or mechanical engineering experience
- Project management
- Knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, thermal analysis, fluid dynamics, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large complex projects with extensive execution teams and with professionalism, cooperation, and persistence.
- Preferred AutoCAD experience.
