Lead operations and maintain cross-platform mobile applications developed in Microsoft MAUI and other mobile frameworks
Collaborate with development and testing teams to problem solving and enhancing mobile applications and interfaces
Modify/Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software maintenance
Analyze, triage, and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, coordinate application teams, and provide timely resolutions
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile application development and propose improvements to enhance application performance and user experience
Assist with ServicePower configuration changes (e.g., adding technicians, updating schedules)
Support ServicePower and MASterMind(MMB) integration with other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.), as applicable
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for MASterMind Business software (on-premise deployments)
Collaborate with Help Desk, Application Support, and Vendor teams to ensure prompt incident resolution and root cause analysis
Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
Participate in system deployments, migrations, and go-live support
Monitor system performance and health; proactively identify areas for improvement
Assist with application configuration, script execution, technical testing, and report customization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
6 years of experience in mobile application SDLC with a focus on Microsoft MAUI
Proficiency in C#, XAML, .NET frameworks and SQL
Experience in Azure Services (Function app, webapp, Timer functions, SQL DB, Storage Services)
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
Must be a Citizen or Green Card holder
