About the role

  • Identify new sales opportunities for water-based fire suppression systems within your sales territory
  • Manage existing customers and proactively acquire new clients
  • Support the evaluation of projects and customer risk assessments
  • Analyze on-site costing bases and contribute to concepts and system solutions
  • Occasionally prepare quotations independently
  • Conduct negotiations during the tender process
  • Assess market developments and competitors
  • Participate in trade fairs, association events and specialist symposia

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or business, or a technical qualification with relevant sales experience in water-based fire suppression systems
  • Solid knowledge of fire suppression system technology
  • Experience in customer account management and selling technically sophisticated products
  • Team-player mentality with a strong commitment to achieving shared goals
  • Good MS Office skills; experience with ES-Office and Salesforce is a plus
