About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of VRF HVAC projects, including financials, scheduling, logistics, and site coordination
- Act as the primary contact for all Johnson Controls project activities
- Oversee procurement, warehousing, and subcontractor management
- Coordinate material deliveries and manage customs compliance
- Maintain high Health & Safety standards across all sites
- Provide technical oversight on HVAC system delivery and integration
- Attend project meetings, track progress, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Set performance expectations for direct and subcontract labour teams
- Support O&M documentation and a smooth project handover
Requirements
- Proven end-to-end project management experience in HVAC (VRF preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems in multi-trade construction environments
- Experience working with a wide range of HVAC equipment across commercial or industrial projects
- Strong financial, procurement, and leadership capabilities
- Experience managing direct and subcontract labour
- Logistics knowledge, including deliveries and customs clearance
- Familiarity with Design & Build projects and CDM regulations
- Safety audit and inspection experience
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical information
- Proficiency in MS Office
