About the role

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Consultants.
  • Drive sales execution and manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure operational excellence across the designated region.
  • Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and onboarding.
  • Spend approximately 80% of time in the market with Sales Consultants and Merchandisers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to create a winning atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferred in the wine or spirits industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and/or prior management experience a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all functional areas and organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of product.
  • Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass criminal background check and MVR.
