• You initiate first contact with decision-makers at prospective customers via email and phone
• You qualify incoming inquiries, clarify needs, and coordinate next steps with the sales team
• You help build contacts with startups and SMEs with a focus on long-term partnerships and sales potential
• You record contacts, activities, and next steps accurately in the CRM and ensure high data quality
• You assist in creating and updating sales materials, e.g., short presentations, references, or proposal modules
