About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You initiate first contact with decision-makers at prospective customers via email and phone
You qualify incoming inquiries, clarify needs, and coordinate next steps with the sales team
You help build contacts with startups and SMEs with a focus on long-term partnerships and sales potential
You record contacts, activities, and next steps accurately in the CRM and ensure high data quality
You assist in creating and updating sales materials, e.g., short presentations, references, or proposal modules

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are enrolled at a university and can support us for 15–20 hours per week
You are comfortable with digital tools, ideally CRM systems and Office applications, and like to use AI tools to boost efficiency
You work diligently, reliably, and carefully and keep an overview even when multiple topics run in parallel
You enjoy approaching people and maintaining relationships in a committed and professional way
You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
