About the role
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for channels
- Conduct user research to identify opportunities for improvements
- Manage day-to-day operations of intranet and corporate website

Requirements
- Significant experience in a digital product management or platform management role
- Proven track record of developing successful digital channel strategies
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (ideally LumApps and Sitecore)
- Experience with email marketing platforms and digital signage solutions
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and accessibility standards
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and analyze data
