• Prepare in house or coordinate with vendor and issue the execution documentation for the scope of the Structural department
• Assures the delivery on time of layouts, calculation notes, engineering, manufacturing and erection drawings
• Application of the Design Process
• Check the completeness of the inputs received from the Technical Project Manager
• Issue the execution documentation in compliance with internal standards and contractual requirements
• Analysis and design calculations of Structures using Indian Code, Indian Sections or International Standards
• Structural analysis, design calculations using STAAD-pro
• Calculation of foundation loads and foundation load data of Supporting steel structure
• Calculation of Base plates sizing along with foundation bolts design
• Preparation of Tekla 3D Model
• Preparation of basic engineering drawings (2d Assembly)
• Preparing detailed engineering drawings
• Extraction of 2D AutoCAD fabrication drawings from TEKLA model
• Issue BOM’s for equipment purchasing
• Keep his competencies updated
• Work in close co-ordination with other functional team members
• Create and check engineering related documents as per the Quality Management System (QMS)

Robotics

• Hold level-3 technical ownership in collaboration with the communications partner
• Design the remote-control failsafe system: direct wireless control for training and testing
• Address robotics doctrinal requirements within the communications architecture
• Define denied-spectrum concept of operations: graceful degradation of autonomy and communications under electronic warfare conditions
• Co-design the authority-sharing state machine (human-in-the-loop, human-out-of-the-loop, self-defense modes)
• Own level-3 commissioning: first remote-control loop, first mesh link
