About the role
- Assisting with care-level (Pflegegrad) reassessments and upgrade procedures
- Handling administrative tasks related to admissions, discharges, absences and deaths
- Preparing service-related contracts (e.g., care home contracts, contract amendments, rental agreements)
- Managing residents' cash funds
- Verifying and reconciling payments from payers with the prepared care cost statements
- Preparing monthly care cost statements in accordance with guidelines and producing individual invoices
- Maintaining master data and occupancy records in the IT system (e.g., entering, checking, updating records)
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration)
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with residents, relatives, visitors and staff
- Friendly, service-oriented manner
- Enjoyment in working with elderly and care-dependent people
