About the role
- Friendly reception and first point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors and service providers
- Receiving and forwarding telephone calls and handling inquiries
- Support with administrative tasks for the home administration
- Maintenance and management of resident files and documents
- Close cooperation with nursing staff, social services and the management team
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or demonstrable relevant professional experience in a comparable role
- Confident PC skills and proficiency with common MS Office programs
- Good communication skills and organizational talent
- Enjoyment of working in a nursing and care home
