About the role

  • Ensure the availability and preservation of value of all technical facilities and buildings, taking into account the applicable legal regulations.
  • Plan, control and coordinate refurbishment, repair and maintenance measures for all technical and building services installations.
  • Actively participate in the planning and implementation of construction and technical projects — from concept to completion.
  • Continuously develop and optimize technical and organizational work processes to increase efficiency and ensure quality.
  • Assume and responsibly perform the duties of the fire safety officer.

Requirements

  • Practically oriented engineer (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or certified master (m/f/d) in electrical, utilities or hospital facility engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in technical building management, ideally in hospital engineering
  • Experience in planning and carrying out projects involving building services and plant engineering measures
  • Solid knowledge of the relevant standards, guidelines and legislation
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A high sense of duty and responsibility, an independent and structured working style, strong commitment and strategic thinking complete your profile.
