About the role
- Care and support of patients before, during and after anesthesia and surgical procedures
- Preparation and assistance with induction, maintenance and emergence from general anesthesia and local anesthesia
- Postoperative monitoring of patients in the recovery room, including vital sign checks and pain management
- Professional operation of medical equipment and strict adherence to all hygiene and infection-control regulations
- Participation in emergency situations — from first aid to resuscitation measures

- Strong willingness to learn and high motivation for the training
- Open, approachable personality and the ability to work independently and responsibly
- Strong social and communication skills
- Friendly, confident manner with patients and colleagues
- Openness to change and active involvement in development processes
