About the role

  • Support coordination, evaluation and further development of the existing quality and risk management across our association
  • Organize and accompany related projects, both centrally and locally in our facilities
  • Plan, organize and conduct internal and external audits
  • Analyze quality indicators (external quality assurance, IQM, incidents), prepare and present results tailored to the target audience
  • Implement and further develop our central document control and the central CIRS
  • Collaborate with decentralized staff in quality and risk management, including planning and delivering joint events and workshops
  • Advise our clinics on quality and risk management

Requirements

  • Degree in a health-related field: medicine, nursing, health management or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, foundational vocational training in the healthcare sector
  • Experience in quality and risk management is desirable
  • Certification as an internal auditor and/or clinical risk manager is an advantage
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our facilities (approx. 20% of working time)
  • Analytical mindset as well as a structured, results-oriented and independent way of working
  • Excellent German language skills (native level or at least C2); English skills are an advantage
